Tastes in the adult beverage industry seems to have shifted in recent years away from older, traditional brews and spirits to the more unique craft-style beverages created by small entrepreneurs. Rome businessman Billy Newby is the latest to cash in on the changing tastes by developing his own vineyard in West Rome, with plans to ultimately construct a winery on his farm.
