Georgia Department of Community Affairs Announces Rental Assistance Program

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs will begin administering the State of Georgia Rental Assistance Program (GRA) on March 8, 2021.

GRA can help renters with their past due rent and utilities. Payment will be made directly to landlords and utility providers.

Financial assistance is being made available through this program to eligible tenants, their landlords, and utility providers to cover activities including rent arrears, current and future rent payments, and utility arrears payments.
