Collier International Brokers $8.6M Sale of 84,828-Square-Foot West Town Square Shopping Center in Rome

Colliers International’s Atlanta-based Southeast Retail Investment Sales Team of Joe Montgomery and Tony D’Ambrosio has brokered the $8.6 million sale of the 84,828-square-foot West Town Square shopping center in Rome, Georgia.
The purchaser is private investor Attic XII Self Storage LLC. West Town Square is a three-tenant shopping center, currently 100 percent leased.
The seller is private investor Eck-Phoenix LLC.
