Governor Brian P. Kemp announced that Kerry Group will expand its operations in Rome, Georgia, investing $125 million, its largest-ever capital expenditure investment. The project will employ more than 400 people during the construction phase and more than 100 new full-time positions when the facility is fully operational.

Governor Brian P. Kemp announced a $22 million expansion by flooring manufacturer Mannington Mills, Inc. in Gordon County due to increased customer demand for domestically produced luxury vinyl flooring. Mannington Mills purchased a 10.5-acre site in Calhoun that will expand upon the company’s manufacturing presence in the state and create 268 jobs.
