Terri Ainsworth Named Vice President of Greater Community Bank

Terri Ainsworth, a 14-year veteran of Greater Community Bank, was recently promoted to Vice President. She began her lending career as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Originator. In 2010, she was named as the bank’s Mortgage Lending Officer and as an Assistant Vice President.

“I absolutely love what I do,” said Ainsworth. “A home purchase is a huge decision, and I am honored to play a small part in making someone’s dream a reality.”

Ms. Ainsworth is a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors and the Rome Noon Optimist Board of Directors, where she has served as Co-Chair of the Terrific Kids Program since joining the club. Most recently, she was named Prom Queen at “A Night to Remember” for her fundraising efforts benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association. She is also an active member of the YMCA of Rome and Floyd County.

She is a graduate of Model High School and attended Kennesaw State University. A member of Pleasant Valley South Baptist Church, she enjoys working in the nursery and teaching the Sparks program and Vacation Bible School. She has been married to Edwin Ainsworth for 32 years. They have two daughters, Chelsee Robinson and Cassadee Maciel and two grandchildren, Jett and Berklee.
