Southeastern Mills to Build New Warehouse and Distribution Center

Southeastern Mills revealed plans for a 120,000 square- foot warehouse and distribution facility in the South Floyd Industrial Park. The Development Authority of Floyd County approved the sale of 15 acres to the company at $15,000 per acre and the company will have the right of first refusal for adjacent acreage.
