Chicken Salad Chick Homecoming Set for August

Stacy Brown, the founder of the Chicken Salad Chick restaurant chain, couldn't be more excited about her homecoming. Brown has franchised one of her restaurants to Rome, and will be her own franchisee. Brown, the daughter of retired Georgia Highlands College comptroller Tom Melton and his wife Cheryl, hopes to open her Rome restaurant on Martha Berry Boulevard across from Kauffman Tire by August.
