The Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce has retained Jorgenson Consulting, a national executive search firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina to assist in the search for its next President and CEO.

A national executive search will commence to recruit a high-profile executive leader capable of continuing to strengthen and expand the alliances with strategic partners, key businesses, elected officials, and educational leaders in the region. Audrey D Hollingsworth, Chairperson of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, and Billy Blanchard, Chairperson of the 9-member Search Committee will partner with Jorgenson Consulting to identify qualified candidates from across the local, regional, and national areas.

“Todd Jorgenson, Managing Partner and Principal of Jorgenson Consulting, conducted a series of meetings with the Search Committee, Chamber staff, a cross-section of community stakeholders, and regional partners to develop a Position Profile that captures the desired experience and leadership characteristics for our preferred candidate”, said Hollingsworth. “We are looking for experienced candidates who can commit to our vision to grow our region, promote Columbus, and serve as an advocate for our business community,“ said Blanchard.
