Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) Commissioner Pat Wilson today announced that GovStrive, a human resources services and solutions provider for federal government clients, will expand its operations in Dublin, Georgia. The expansion will create 50 full-time jobs, increasing the company’s total workforce in Dublin-Laurens County to 150. 

“We are excited to see another Georgia-based company expand this year, and we look forward to GovStrive’s continued growth,” said GDEcD Commissioner Pat Wilson. “GovStrive’s success is a testament to the vitality of Georgia’s small businesses, which account for 80% of registered businesses in Georgia. These small businesses enrich local communities and help Georgia retain the talent produced by the University System of Georgia.” 

GovStrive’s expansion includes a new Client Solutions Center on the second floor of the newly renovated Stubbs Building, located at 100 West Jackson in Dublin, Georgia. This new facility will be home to 50 professional positions, such as computer programmers and individuals providing Human Resource solutions for numerous government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Forest Service. GovStrive was founded in 2013 and has been headquartered in Dublin for the last six years. GovStrive operates facilities in Dublin, Georgia; Atlanta, Georgia; and Arlington, Virginia. The company employs approximately 200 people across the country, 100 of which are housed in two offices in Dublin: the corporate headquarters in the Henry Building on Jefferson Street and a service center on Hillcrest Parkway.

The expansion of GovStrive in downtown Dublin will create a demonstration center and concept office model for other companies considering similar operations in Dublin-Laurens County.
