HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm with offices in Savannah and St. Simons Island, recently announced that attorney Jessica Wright has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. 

Jessica has over two decades of experience in Georgia’s court system with a focus on legal research, analysis, and appellate writing. Prior to joining HunterMaclean, she spent the last 15 years working as a staff attorney at the Court of Appeals of Georgia where she contributed to the drafting and review of more than 1000 judicial opinions. Her work has addressed a wide range of civil and procedural issues, including contract disputes, business litigation, general and professional liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, employment matters, and products liability. 

Jessica received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Georgia and her J.D. from Georgia State University of College of Law. During her time in law school, she served as Associate Student Writing Editor of the Law Review and received multiple awards for research, writing, and advocacy. 

She is a proud volunteer with the Pointer Rescue Organization, helping to transport rescued English Pointers to foster/adoptive homes.
